This pistachio is made from ancho chili pepper (Ancho chili is a dried poblano
pepper). It has enough heat to make you take notice, but not enough to melt your
face off! (This usually makes people laugh a little) It has a warm to hot chili
flavor profile and a wonderful natural fruit wood smoke aroma. This is my “goto”
snack when I am watching a game with friends/family and having my favorite
beverage.
